I need to buy a book about Scout for beginners. Can anyone recommend me?
I look for it on Amazon and Ebay but there isn't.

The book mentioned by Matthias Nick is a community project. We would enjoy getting feedback (style and content). It is important to know if this book matches your expectations or not. Keep also in mind that this project is "work in progress".

I recommend you also to have a look at the tutorials:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Scout/Tutorial/3.9

We tell new coworkers to go through the 2 first tutorials:
- Get started with a simple 'Hello World'
- Create a Scout application

This provides a good overview of Eclipse Scout.
