Error while running c++ program in eclipse juno. [message #1229733]

I have installed eclipse juno for C++ development. I have installed MinGw also. I tried to run a c++ program. The eclipse displays an error "crt2.0: No such file or directory" while running the program. When I tried to run as local C/C++ application, it shows "Launch failed, Binary not found" error.

Any idea about how to resolve this issue.?
