All,

sorry for the spam - I am a total newbie here. I am in the process of retraining to become a java developer and was recommended eclipse as the platform to learn.

Is there a location where I can find the system requirements (hardware requirements) for a developer workstation?

I have been offered a HP Z400 workstation with the following spec:
- Intel Xeon W3520 2.66 8MB/1066 QC CPU
- 4 GB RAM
- NVIDIA Quadro FX1800 768MB Graphics

free of charge (running windows) to set me up but unsure if this is good enough to do development? Anyone who could advise me?

Thanks!

-Bob A
