Is there a mirror to get to the Buckminster P2 repo?

John, from what I know that is a problem related to the web page only:
the update sites are still working

for the IDE: http://download.eclipse.org/tools/buckminster/updates-4.3
for headless: http://download.eclipse.org/tools/buckminster/headless-4.3
