I need to install eGit in PHP eclipse but right now there is no files available on this URL http://download.eclipse.org/egit/updates .So please help me is there any other way to install it.

This URL is a p2 repository you can't open it directly in a web browser, instead point the Eclipse installation wizard at this URL:
- Click Help > Install new software
- paste the URL into the "work with" field and hit return
- select the features you want to install and start the installation

You can browse the p2 repository using the link "browse p2 repository" given in this table
