I need to install eGit in PHP eclipse but right now there is no files available on this URL .So please help me is there any other way to install it.

This URL is a p2 repository you can't open it directly in a web browser, instead point the Eclipse installation wizard at this URL:
- Click Help > Install new software
- paste the URL into the "work with" field and hit return
- select the features you want to install and start the installation

You can browse the p2 repository using the link "browse p2 repository" given in this table
