From http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/main.php
I go to the "WTP 2.0 RC3" link
Then "Download WTP 2.0 RC3"
Then the "dtp-sdk_1.5RC3.zip" link (which resolves to
http://download.eclipse.org/datatools/downloads/drops/N_DTP_ 1.5//dtp-sdk_1.5RC3.zip)
Giving me a 404.

Any chance someone could address that when they get a minute?

I got the same result when I tried to get hold latest RC4. any help on this.

It seems that the DTP project has moved the binary to new location and the
WTP did not update the link.

Take it from here:
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/datatool s/downloads/1.5/dtp-sdk_1.5RC3.zip
