Can't add cURL plugin [message #1203611]

Good afternoon.

I am trying to install the cURL plugin and it fails on the install.

When I go to the screen to add the plugins and enter the URl: www.curl.com/cde.update-site.win32/ it does produce a number of install 6 options i.e. Curl Development environment (English) however when I select the "Show software only applicable to target environment the Curl Development Enviroment (English) and the other two disappear.

What do I need to do to be able to have cURL plugin installed?

Here is the info on the Eclipse install:
Eclipse Standard/SDK

Version: Kepler Service Release 1
Build id: 20130919-0819

eclipse.buildId=4.3.0.M20130911-1000

You may discover that you must resort to the third party that wrote this
plug-in, which isn't developed by the Eclipse community. You may not
necessarily get an answer in this forum.
