Unable to find Action Set: org.eclipse.emf.facet.common.editor.actionSet

I am trying to develop some Xtext/Xtend plugins for a Domain Specific Language. It's been going quite well until recently. The editor locks up for minutes at a time or more - error log shows above. Reinstalled Eclipse Kepler, did not help. Running Windows 7 32 bit with 3 GB. I also am using AVG anti virus, though I disabled it temporarily and it did not change anything.

I don't doubt that I may have made some change to project settings or deleted a line in MANIFEST.MF, or something. I'm sure I did it but now I just want to recover from it.

As far as I can tell the above error might be expected when developing an RCP application. However, at present I am not doing that.

Thanks for any tips!

GW
