Hi there,

is there an API for communicating to EMFStore without using RCP (stand-alone in a simple Java-Project). Since EMF is ready for stand-alone it would be nice to talk to EMFStore from any Application.

Cheers
Philippe

Hi Philippe,

currently not, we are relying on OSGi and Eclipse extension points.
But conceptually, it should be possible to create a client API avoiding
these dependencies without too much hassle.
Please file an enhancement request if you would like such a stand-alone
API to be available in the future.

Cheers,
Edgar

Just one short note on this:
It is possible to use EMFStore without RCP, but currently not without
OSGi and the Eclipse Runtime...
