Hi there,

I have 5 rows of data and they are displayed on a Birt report. I am using Total.runningCount()%2 =0 condition to highlight rows of odd indexes.

But I need to highlight rows of odd indexes until end of the report. In my case I can see highlights only on available records (up-to 5 rows).

problem: How to get the highlight strips on rows of odd indexes until end of the report?

So, across multiple tables? Can you explain more about your report layout?

Hi Michael,

No, It is just one table, but will have different number of records at different times.

I like to have strips for the remaining page space.

So, you're interested in extending the alternating highlight rows til the end of the last page? Take a look at this example from the BIRT Developer Center:
