I could be wrong, but I don't think this is currently supported in the
ant tasks. If you would like this functionality to be added to WTP
please open an enhancement request in bugzilla. [1]

I should note that the ant tasks are not the only way to create a web
service or client. You could create the client using a remote wsdl by
going new > web services > web service client. You should be able to
enter that URL in the service definition field and generate a client.
If you are not familiar with the client generation wizard a good place
to start is the "Consuming Web Service using Web Service Client"
tutorial [2]
