BIRT Viewer gets disabled when the report contents displays the dataset rows..

Can you explain more about what you're seeing? I'm not quite sure I'm understanding.

This issue got resolved. The issue was we had our build which was using 2.4 WebContent and the reports were designed on v 4.2 . Later I replaced WebContent with 4.2 version.

fyi:

The reports rendering is fine but the tool bars (print, export to excel..) were disabled and this was due to old version of WebContent
