hey, i'm from germany and new to xText, so please ignore my grammar...

I have some questions. For my final exam I should build a DSL, which represents a library-system with Books, Members, Lending Cards and so on.
The model i got uses the Observer Pattern for changes in the GUI. So my question is:
is it possible to generate something like the obeserver pattern with xTend and can I generate a GUI?

I add a pictures for further information.

Thats the model with the class tree and the gui.

My approach is to build a DSL with class/enum/primitive type and to generate the basic classes and imports so far. But I hope xText can generate more ;D

Thanks for helping

Hi, have a look at org.eclipse.xtext.ui.editor.model.IXtextModelListener

Need professional support for Xtext, Xpand, EMF?
