Building BIRT viewer locally (4.3.x) [message #1170052]

I have cloned git repo from git.eclipse.org/c/birt/
and imported all the projects into my eclipse workspace.

but not sure which project to start with , to build the web-viewer. Tried running the ant-script in org.eclipse.birt.report.viewer. but got exceptions.

any pointers to building BIRT 4.3.x viewer is appreciated.

I haven't built BIRT from source myself but here are some instructions for an older build that might be useful.

Also, in the source it looks like there are instructions on how to build the web viewer located at org.eclipse.birt/viewer/org.eclipse.birt.report.viewer/Build_Web_viewer_Instructions.txt
