Grid/Rulers in editor (example or document) [message #179648] Fri, 29 April 2005 07:19 Go to next message

I'm evaluating GEF for building workflow application. I was trying some
examples like SimpleGefEditor.

I was trying to add Grid/Ruler to this. I have added contributor class. and
even added ToggleGridAction in Editor. (Followed Logic example)

I can see the buttons on the menu. Zoom works fine. but Grid/Ruler button
has no effect.

Please suggest me any example code or document/tutorial to enable grid and
rulers.

Thanks in advance.

Look at the Logic example.

I already followed the Logic example. and I can make zoom work.

Only Grid/Rular does not work. I'm missing something, I want to know the
steps to make Grid/Rular work.

Is there any documentation about this or Logic example?

Look at the usage of RulerComposite/SnapToGuides and GridLayer/SnapToGrid.
