Anyone familiar with setting Juno to execute Java/Junit4 in debug mode?

You need only right-click your JUnit test and choose Debug As... ->
JUnit Test.

If it's not there at the upper right of your workbench (see image), you
can add the Debug Perspective thus:

Window -> Open Perspective -> Debug

The Debug Perspective is a layout, separate from Java or Java EE (etc.),
that you control and that is (usually) engaged whenever you launch the
debugger.
