We have built a language with Xtext and create our own projects using Xtext.

When we are renaming projects in our application there is the following issue:

Renaming projects which are stored in the workspace is working fine.
Renaming projects which are NOT in the workspace, causes an error (see attachment).

I think maybe this issue has something todo with Bug 418470.

I reported this bug already as Xtext bug (No. 418471), because in Eclipse itself this scenario works perfectly fine.
