Is the Java Perspective's Project Explorer different from J2EE
Perspective's Project Explorer? I miss some features from the Java
Perspective one.

The Java perspective supplies the "Package Explorer", which is a Java
centric view.
The J2EE perspective from Web Tools supplies the "Project Explorer",
which is an extensible view that can display different kinds of content,
based on what extensions you have installed.
The Project Explorer has many of the common features of the Package
Explorer, but hasn't yet replicated all of them. The Project Explorer is
new to Eclipse 3.2 (a former version of it was shipped with WTP), and it
still has room to grow.
If there's a particular feature you just can't live without, do a quick
search on bugzilla (bugs.eclipse.org), and if you don't find a bug
already opened for it, please feel free to open your own request.
