Eclipse 3.2 and WTP 1.5 are set to release on June 30.

That's the Callisto release train... I think the original question was
asking about a new "all-in-one" type of packaging. With Callisto you can
download a platform base and then update to what you want (include WTP,
with all dependencies easily fulfilled in the update process using the
"Select Required" button)... but I'm not sure that meets the original
query specs or not.

I think a all-in-one release that contains both wtp 1.5 and eclipse 3.2
should be done only when they get final. Even so, I've been using
Callisto and it rocks (except one hast to manually select dependencies,
that's... a bummer) so as far as updating it makes a much more pleasant
experience, putting the plugins in a separate extension points and all.
