Exporting J2EE Module dependencies.. [message #170017]

I am trying to export the EAR project to another File System folder (another
workspace) using File->Export. For some reason, the J2EE module dependencies
of the exported EAR project are not the same as the source. I have tried
exporting all the dependent projects along with the EAR and that method has
the same failure mode. Any clues?
