Anirban,

The openVXML tool set is not included in the VTP 1.0 distribution. You
can download the Eclipse + VTP + openVXML preview distribution from
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/technolo gy/vtp/vtp-openvxml-preview.zip

same problem here. But i tried with eclipse.org. And my eclipse is now ready with open vxml perspective 4.0.

go to help menu in eclipse.
click install new software
assure your internet connection.
"http://download.eclipse.org/technology/vtp/indigo" paste this URL in your works with location.
choose openVxml 4.0 package.
Ready to install.
Restart eclipse, and now it will be ready with open vxml perspective
