Hi Xtext experts,

please correct me if i am wrong:
* generated dsl editor (extends org.eclipse.xtext.ui.editor.XtextEditor) is eclipse 3.x code and therefore runs in compatibility layer within an pure e4 application.

Any plan migrating generated editor to e4? Workarounds?

Best regards,
Christian

Currently not planned. Note that even JDT is still on 3.x and we depend
on it a lot for Java specific languages. The workaround is to use the
compatibility layer :-)
