Sure. dev.java.net runs CollabNet Enterprise Edition and uses IssueZilla
for issue tracking.

CollabNet offers the CollabNet Desktop - Eclipse Edition which includes a
connector for IssueZilla. You can download that here:

http://eclipse.open.collab.net/

Unfortunately, the 1.0 release was built on a pre-GA release of Mylyn 2.0
(back when it was still called Mylar). We have not released 1.1 yet as we
are still working out some issues.

If you want to download a pre-release version, you can do so from one of the
following update sites depending on your Eclipse version:

http://downloads.open.collab.net/eclipse/dev-builds/e3.2
http://downloads.open.collab.net/eclipse/dev-builds/e3.3

The Issue Tracker (IssueZilla) connector is probably in its final release
form. It is the Project Tracker connector we are still working on.
