Hudson 3.0.1 is compatible with 2.2.0. Few things you could do

- Back up the Hudson home
- Download 3.0.1 and start Hudson with the old Hudson home
- When Hudson starts, a initial start page is displayed and suggest to install few plugins
- Install the three mandatory compatibility plugins
- Install all the updates suggested by the initial setup.

Note:

- If you are using non-bundled security scheme, you might want to disable the security and re-enable after 3.0.1 is successfully started.
- Also if you are using any non-pubic plugins, you might want to disable them first and re-enable them after 3.0.1 is started successfully.

Hi Prakash,

After providing proper username and password for svn url using an option HTTPS client certificate(provided correct username and password)

still prompting the below error:

Error

Passing user name null and password you entered
Attempting an SSL client certificate authentcation
Failed to authenticate: svn: E170001: Failed to load SSL client certificate: 'svn: E170001: Authorization failed'

please help me how to resolve the above mentioned error.

Regards,
Mahesh

Hi Mahesh, few things I'm not clear in your setup

- Why your user name is null
- If you have set up SSL client certificate for authentication, do you need username/password authentication
- Since your username is null, I'm assuming the password is for SSL certificate. If so I'm not sure SVN plugin (which uses SVNKit) can handle such authentication
