Hi,

I have a spring project with birt integrated.
Recently I upgraded myeclipse 9.0 to 10.6 for birt 2.6 to 3.7, when I run the tomcat server, several files will be automatically generated in WEB-INF\platform\configuration, these are:

org.eclipse.osgi/.manager/*
org.eclipse.core.runtime/.manager/*
org.eclipse.update/.manager/*
org.eclipse.quuinox.app/.manager/*

details of created files are:

Before I upgrade my MyEclispe, these files won't be created.
