Howto apply projects settings to new projects in a workspace [message #1086707]

When I create a new project, I always have do a few things in Project->Properties (e.g. Properties->ResourceFilters->Add, where I specify a couple of files to the exclude filters).

I would like to somehow have these changes apply to the workspace, so that when I create a project in that workspace, it automatically applies these changes. Is there a way to do that?
