I am getting the following ~ 100 errors in my web app in eclipse (Juno)

of attribute 'publicId' on element 'public' is not valid with respect to its type, 'publicIdentifier'

None of my xml files have any errors.
I can build the app and deploy it to tomcat 7. I am using jsp's, java 6 and maven 4.
If this is not the right forum for this, please point in the right direction.
I can post any of my context and config files once the post is in the right forum.
