Greetings,

The Eclipse Foundation is migrating its infrastructure to all-new
hardware. As a result, some outages will occur, as early as this weekend.

Please read the news tidbit on http://www.eclipse.org for more information.

If you have any questions, please send them to webmaster@eclipse.org.

Thanks in advance,

Denis

I've noticed that the download site is up, but the 3.1M5 build is gone
from it. Was an old backup put in or is this just a temporary problem?

They had to back off on a change. Version 3.1M5a is up now.
