I want to install Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers on my windows machine though I am already having eclipse standard installed. But I want to use both of it in parallel, is it possible to do this by any chance?

Thanks in advance...Smile

You can "install" (copy to somewhere in your local filesystem) as many
copies of Eclipse and execute the separately and even simultaneously as
you like.

A word of advice...

There's no reason to have both Eclipse IDE for Java Developers and
Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers since the latter has everything the
former offers.

However, some people like to have separate copies of Eclipse dedicated
to separate development concerns (PHP, C/C++, Android, etc.), and this
works, but many people just like to load up a single copy of Eclipse
with what they need to do everything they want to do at once.

Hope this helps.
