Moving OUTLINE panel [message #1073600]

I was watching a video and liked that the OUTLINE panel was located below the Package Explorer. How can I move it around?

You change the layout of Eclipse components using Drag and Drop. "Grab" the Outline tab with the mouse and drag it to where you want it on the window. Eclipse will provide guides to help identify how the components will look after being dropped.

I did that, but instead of the outline panel position side by side to the package explorer and not below it. I can see to move it so it will position below it.

I got it fixed. Felt like the magic square game though.
