Hello
There seems to be a known issue with eclipse 4.3 , where the editor actions defined using the "org.eclipse.ui.editorActions" are duplicated in the toolbar.
This seems to be addressed as part of the issue

I wanted to know if there is any other work around for this , till the issues is resolved.
