Hello,

I've made a simple Editor using Graphiti. And I hava a eclipse 4 rcp application,
but I have no idea how to open this graphiti editor as a part in my eclipse 4 rcp application.
Can someone give me a advice?

I had red a post about this, but It looks like he was using the old rcp api (eclipse 3).

Thanks, Marcus

You can create a diagram file in your JDT perspective first, then open it from the project explorer. Does this help?

Marcus,

Graphiti editors can be opened in an E4 application using the compatibility
layer only. We do not support native E4 parts since we rely on the GEF
editor which requires that layer.

But if the compatibility layer exists, Graphiti editors can be opened in the
usual way.

Thank you for your help. I will try the compatibility layer.

Marcus.
