How to remove JSR-109 Web Services [message #1067258]

Hello everyone, I/m new to here.
I've done some of the web services example on eclipse
and I find that there is a "JSR-109 Web Services" node in the Project Explorer.
I've no idea that I had add this new service
and it can't be delete or remove.
only can use customize view--content--uncheck JSR-109 Web Services Index to hidden it
Is there a better way to remove it?
