Hi,
I am making a keyboard layout file, but I cant figure out how to "press" the AltGr-key.

I want to make this mapping in the language file: {=AltGr+7

I have also seen that there is no AltGr key in the list over key modifiers, so I have tried a lot of combinations, including using Control + Alt (as stated on wikipedia), but I cant figure it out.

Could anybody show me how I can map this, or how I can use the AltGr-key as a modifier key in a test?

Or is their any another workaround to get the { sign?
Btw. I am using Ubuntu.
Regards,
Asgeir

Hi,

I don't know off the top of my head either. You could have a look in the current keyboard layout files to see what they contain.

Best regards,
Alex

Thanks for the feedback, but non of the current keyboard layout files are using AltGr. They only use shift and ctrl+alt

Best regards, Antoine.
