Table (id = 512):
+ Can not load the report query: 512. Errors occurred when generating the report document for the report element with ID 512. (Element ID:512)

I just remove the update sentence from the Query, then it runs ok...
Then it means Birt can't execute update sentence before select ?

Correct. Not through the jdbc dataSet. However, BIRT does have script methods where you can execute javascript or Java where you could create a connection to your database and do the update sentence before your select statement is executed.
