Is there any spinner field alternative in scout?

Do you mean a field for number with 2 arrays (up / down)?

index.php/fa/15361/0/

I am affraid there is no such field in Scout.

Thanks for your help and I think the only way is AbstractCustomField.

You can use the arrow keys (up/down) in smartfields and datefields. Maybe this is enough. Otherwise you need a custom field.
