egit with mutiple working directories [message #1065051]

I want to seperate my projects from my company and github,so i use two different working directories to store projects,but after i download my company projects,and then download github projects,the github projects push url always use my company projects,but when just using one working directory,the push url is correct,i delete all git repositories and then redo above, still not work.
