A colleague of mine with Helios just tried to install EclEmma, and got the following update errors:
---------------------
session context was:(profile=epp.package.java, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).

Both of us work within the same firewall, and I've been able to install EclEmma and other plugins, and he's been able to install other plugins.

Any ideas why this might be happening?

Are you also on Helios? Is your colleague allowing it to contact all of the known Update Sites?
