right click in "Test Case Browser" column, then select "New", the color of "New Test Case" is gray.

I download Eclipse for testers 32 Bit from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/

my jdk version 1.7

type "javac" in command, it works well.

Why I can't create test case?
