Hi there,does the MAT provides some docs for beginners.
I viewed the MAT pages many times and found nothing, only some blog links there, am I missing something or the MAT does have any docs?

MAT offers its documentation as part of the Eclipse Help. Just open the Help -> Help Contents menu and look for Memory Analyzer.
This is true both for standalone MAT and for MAT as a feature in the Eclipse IDE.
You can find the same documentation also online: http://help.eclipse.org/juno/index.jsp, then look for Memory Analyzer in the tree on the left side.

Besides these docs, there is some information in the Eclipse Wiki, which could be useful:

- http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/MemoryAnalyzer/FAQ (linked as FAQ Started on the mat home page, top left)
