Actually, those minutes are all there are. Although the Eclipse project has
been around for over three years, the Foundation and the Councils only
started in 2004. Our first Council meetings were Aug.31-Sep.2.

If you are looking for planning history in the platform project, you may
want to try here: http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/development/main.html and
then scroll down to "Historical information about past releases".
