that such a document does not exist. Some information may be available
on a per-plug-in basis (such as JDT Core's page here:
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/%7Echeckout%7E/jdt- core-home/r1.0/main.html)
As for the second question, the source code to Eclipse 1.0 is included
in the eclipse-SDK-1.0 package. It appears from poking around cvs that
there isn't a consistant initial commit date or tag used by all
plug-ins, so it'll probably be a challenge to check out the whole
project from cvs.
