Hello folks,

I'm trying to create an eclipse plugin and I need to programmatically import the formatter preferences into eclipse.

I managed to configure per project using IJavaCore.getOptions(false), but now I need workspace wide!

BTW, what is the best way to figure out what a given button does behind the scheme? Can I turn eclipse into tattletale/verbose mode?

Thanks for any help.
