I found a check for IEclipseContextDebugger in the EclipseContext class.

Do someone know howto use it and what for?

You can register a declarative service implementing the IECD service and you will get the 'notify' method called each time an IEclipseContext is created/disposed. It's used for debugging IEC creation/disposal.
