Coming the first week in April, the first milestone build of STEM V2.0 will be available. This milestone build will preview the new "model generation framework".

This feature is intended to greatly simplify creation of new models in STEM, hiding the complexity of using EMF. The Milestone build has a partial implementation of this new framework that you can try out. It will provide a simple menu driven interface for model creation that will work at runtime, generating the users custom model and hot injecting the automatically generated eclipse plugin.
