please: Could anyone here direct me to the settings page where I can change the colors / the contrast (yes I found the color settings in properties but non of those reflects any change) for this popup dialog that appears when hovering with mouse over that wavered read underlined words? These things are horribly hard to read - see attached jpg.

I am using Juno (current version) running on Gnome (Ubuntu LTS 12.04).
