There's not quite enough information.
Indigo and Juno are separate releases of Eclipse. If you didn't know
that, it's because when you installed on FreeBSD, you used some software
control center or something. (You should never install Eclipse from
anywhere but eclipse.org, which is doubtless what you did for Windows.)
Perhaps you didn't download Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers in the
case of your Windows installation. You can either go do that over again
or you can use Help -> Install New Software to add the Eclipse web tools.

I installed to windows on a Virtual Machine. My eclipse distibution on windows eclipse-jee-juno-SR2-win32.zip from http://www.eclipse.org.
Thats the one I'm having problems with.
I Installed windows to install this flashdevelop and I also run the examples in Eclipse since they don't work with Freebsd without updating Eclipse. Something that can't be done with the port.

However FYI Eclipse isn't install on Freebsd today. Without that port It almost imposible for me to run it. I have tried many times in the past.
I'm going to try today and run it. I had a problem with the red5-plugin that I solved. By changing my SHELL

Okay, that's good. Is this an Eclipse problem? If Red5/flashdevelop.org
has a forum, you might find more joy in asking them. Or, someone with
more understanding than I may come along here.

Sorry I mention flashdevelop or replied back about installing other eclipse's on what.
So about juno:
how do you get a panel that has a wizzard to add and stop and start the exteral servers like tomcat and the red5 plugin.
PS: I mentioned Flashdevelop but does eclipse have something that can open swf by the way.?

Window -> Show View -> Servers
Don't know "swf" myself.
