can anyone please help me in creating a sequence diagram in:
a) registering or adding patient
b) updating patient info
c) view patient info
d) delete patient info

Case: where staff or assistant will add a patient record in the databas, and it will validate if it is a existing patient if not it will create new patient record.

please help me because i'm so confused.

please correct me if i'm wrong with this sequence diagram that i made.
