Delete operations in Eclipse WTP WSDL Editor [message #1015840]

Hi! I'm using WSDL Editor from Eclipse WTP (Web Tools Plataform) to graphically create a WSDL file. However, when I delete an operation in design mode and click save, the operations and their messages are still present in the XML source code.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks
